RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please note that all our policies, terms, and conditions should be read before placing your order as we will abide strictly with these rules.
We have a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return. If 48 hours go by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Exchanges are only accepted under the following circumstances
- You received the wrong order
- You received a damaged item
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned to us in the same condition that you received them, unused, and in their original packaging along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com . Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: Exchanges can only be made for the same item and same color/designs. Return shipping fee is the sole responsibility of the client.
We do not do cash refunds. You are however open to choose another item of a similar price
Refunds are only made in the case of purchase of a sold-out item in which items haven’t been processed or shipped. In this case, refund process will take 3 – 5 working days. Refunds do not include the shipping fee.
All items bought on sale are final and cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
